1. User Eligibility

v3cuci services are open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the same time:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of account registration.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or recognised gambling prohibition list.
• Not residing in a country or territory where access to online gambling services is prohibited by local law.
• Registering an account in their own name and not on behalf of any third party.

v3cuci reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is unable to verify their eligibility, v3cuci reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account and withhold any funds in the account until the investigation is complete.

2. Account Registration and Management

During the registration process, users are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information. This includes full name, identification card number (MyKad or passport), mobile phone number, email address and valid payment information.

Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility. v3cuci recommends using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. v3cuci will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the user's failure to keep their account secure.

Only one account is permitted per user, device or IP address. Accounts found to be in breach of this one-account policy are subject to immediate termination without refund.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

v3cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction regardless of the method chosen.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes once the request is received and verified. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on external factors such as bank processing times or the blockchain network.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the v3cuci finance team. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.

• v3cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals involving bonus winnings must satisfy the wagering requirements first.
• v3cuci does not charge any deposit or withdrawal processing fees on its end, however third-party fees (bank, e-wallet, crypto platform) may apply.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

v3cuci offers various promotions to new and existing users. The v3cuci welcome bonus gives a 120% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, bringing the balance to RM220. The total wagering required is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. For a deposit of RM1,000, a maximum bonus of RM500 is given, bringing the balance to RM1,500, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• v3cuci reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse the bonus system, including through systematic low-risk betting, may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings.
• Weekly VIP cashback is calculated based on membership tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0% per week.

5. Game Rules

All games offered on the v3cuci platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. The outcome of game rounds is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of technical failure confirmed by the provider.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active round, v3cuci reserves the right to void or cancel the affected portion of the bet and return the bet value to the user's account balance. Winnings not yet confirmed during the period of disruption are not guaranteed.

The use of third-party software, bots, or any automated method to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Users found using such methods will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

v3cuci operates under an international licence and provides an online gambling platform for entertainment purposes only. v3cuci makes no guarantee regarding profits or returns from betting activity on this platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, v3cuci will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service disruptions or technical failures.

7. Account Termination and Restrictions

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the v3cuci support team. Before the account closure is processed, any eligible remaining balance (after fulfilling all wagering requirements) will be returned to the user.

v3cuci reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:

• Violated any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Registered multiple accounts or provided false information.
• Been involved in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Registering as an excluded individual or someone who is underage.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, v3cuci reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the account until the investigation is complete.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Users' personal information is collected, stored and processed in accordance with v3cuci's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy page. v3cuci takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect user data from unauthorised access.

By registering an account, users agree that v3cuci may contact them via email or messages related to their account, promotions and service updates. Users may opt out of marketing communications by contacting the support team.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

v3cuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this terms and conditions document at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are always up to date. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version in another language and the Malay version of this document, the Malay version shall prevail.
